Quick, efficient and professional. I made a silly mistake on my computer and during these covid times, he maintained proper hygienic protocol, wearing both a mask and gloves. Problem was fixed in just a few hours. Mr Ralph is definitely our go to computer repairman. Edit: A year later and this guy still rocks! Needed a new hard drive and Mr.Ralph went above and beyond as usual. Professional, courteous and I really appreciate that he transports the computer himself. Had a few questions, he called back less than 5 minutes and explained it in a way that anyone could understand. He will always have a returning customer when it comes to my family.
